Determining the Commercialization Schema is the third and last step when the customer wants to decide the best package of DomainQuester's information that fits its needs.

The Commercialization Schema basically defines how DomainQuester's information, received by the customer, will be used. The pricing and kind of service agreement signed will vary if the customer wants to use the information for its sole access or if it wants to commercialize the information to third parties. There are three kinds of Commercialization Schemas:


	Distribution Agreement: For that customer interested in commercializing the DomainQuester's information to third parties. Royalties, target market and other issues will be agreed upon by Equerion and the customer. This schema applies to both Flavors: DomainQuester XML Files and DomainQuester Custom Web Site.


	Companion Agreement: For that customer interested in including DomainQuester's information in its web site or software product as an added value service for its customers. The difference with the Distribution Agreement is that the DomainQuester's information is offered as a part of an existing service or product and it will not be commercialized as a stand-alone product. There are some restrictions on the extension and the ways the information can be distributed. This schema applies only to the DomainQuester XML Files flavor.


	In-house Agreement: For that customer interested in making DomainQuester's information available to its customers, partners or employees through its corporate intranet or web site. The DomainQuester's information can neither be commercialized by the customer nor open to the public. This schema applies only to the DomainQuester XML Files flavor.
